Utility Bill Population (UBP) Enhancements

  • Energy Manager can now automatically retrieve and import utility bills into your organization on your behalf using Utility Bill Population (UBP) Integration.

  • The Utility Bill Gaps report has been enhanced with new multi-select filters (Vendor, Service, Account, Data Collection Method, Retrieval Method) and additional columns to help identify billing gaps faster — but only if the Utility Bill Population checkbox is enabled for your organization.

  • The Import Definition now supports three UBP-specific fields — UBP Vendor Code, UBP Account Number, and UBP Meter Name — ensuring bill imports remain accurate and connected even when account numbers change in Energy Manager.
